Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 05/05/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:20p.m. and ended at 1:40p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 72 children present with 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Staff #1 had been employed for over 1 month. The center did not have documentation of requesting a central registry check or criminal history check from a different state.
