Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 09/30/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3 :30p.m. and ended at 4:45p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 100 children present with 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
