Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 12/10/2024 and completed on 12/10/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/12/2024 relating to allegations of forbidden actions, behavioral guidance, ratios, supervision, and food services. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
