In order to promote the child's physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being and growth, staff shall interact with the child and one another to provide needed help, comfort, and support.
During interviews, it was revealed that while Staff #1 was in the infant classroom, the staff used inappropriate language in front of the children when becoming frustrated with other staff and their own child, who was enrolled at the center.

Plan of Correction: Per the Center: "Staff #1 has been reprimanded and suspended. Upon her return she will be having a professional development class on Big Emotions and Self-Regulation for Adults and Children. Tiffany's Learning Center does not condone this type of behavior even if it's an employee's own child. TLC children's social emotional development ,protection, health and safety is our #1 priority."
