An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 05/19/2025, as part of the licensure period.
The on-site inspection began at 3:50 pm and ended 4:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 3 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 staff record on-site.
This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
