An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/10/2025. The on-site inspection began at 4:00 p.m. and ended at 4:50 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
