An unannounced inspection was initiated on 12/02/2025 and completed on 12/05/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/19/2025 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records on-site on 12/02/2025.
This inspection included: document review, observations, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
