A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 8/19/25 from 11:20 am to 12:00pm. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 7. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 caregiver's record on-site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
