Inspector Notes

An announced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today beginning at 12:40pm and ending at 1:20pm. There were no children observed in care with the vendor/provider. The daycare space was reviewed and 1:1 consultation regarding LOH requirements was given. Materials for children, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were reviewed. Cleaning and sanitation routines, hand washing and diaper changing routines were also discussed. A sample of child record paperwork, provider information and household member information was reviewed.The exit interview was conducted with the vendor/provider. There were no violations found during the inspection.
