Hot water at taps available to children shall be maintained within a range of 105-120 degrees Fahrenheit.

The water at the kitchen sink measured 141 degrees Fahrenheit.
Plan of Correction: Will get the items today.
Standard 8VAC20-800-760-A
First aid kits shall contain the minimum components listed in the standards.

The first aid kit did not contain the following items: triangular bandages; and a first aid instructional manual.
Plan of Correction: Will turn the water temperature down.
