Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/19/2025 and completed on 03/19/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 2 staff records electronically on 03/21/2025.

Other documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. The findings of the most recent inspection of the facility.

The Inspection Summary from the most recent inspection, conducted 1/10/2025, was not posted.
Plan of Correction: The staff working during the inspection stated that current inspection documents will be posted.

Equipment of the center shall be maintained in a safe condition.

An unsecured storage shelf measuring 18" x 50" was placed in the small room adjacent to the toddler/2's classroom.
Plan of Correction: The staff working during the inspection indicated that the storage shelf will be secured to the wall.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

The closet located in the classroom outside of the kitchen was unlocked. Numerous hazardous chemicals were observed stored inside of this closet.
Plan of Correction: This closet was locked during the inspection. The staff working during the inspections stated that it was the usual practice for this closet to remain locked.
