An initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the monitoring inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in voluntary registration standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on 2/11/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

There shall be at least 12 inches of space between occupied cribs, cots, beds, and rest
mats. The cribs in the home were placed side by side.
Plan of Correction: I separated them with 20 inches between.

The family day home must have a first aid kit that contains an antiseptic cleansing solution or pads. The first aid kit did not contain an antiseptic cleansing solution or pads.
Plan of Correction: I purchased it all.

The family day home must have one working battery-operated radio. There was no working battery-operated radio in the home.
Plan of Correction: I purchased a radio with batteries.
