Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/13/2025 and completed on 1/13/2025as a part of ( the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 pm and ended at 2:40 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 28 children present and nine staff. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and two staff records at the main office, across the street from the center. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
