An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 9/24/2024, beginning at 10:50 am and ending at 12:11 pm. There were no children in attendance at the time of the inspection. The Inspector reviewed required background searches, training certificates, and household member information. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, daily schedule, emergency preparedness planning, and supplies was also reviewed. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
