A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on October 7, 2024. The inspection started at 9:30am and concluded at 10:45am. There were three children present and one caregiver; the point total was nine. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and three caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on October 7, 2024.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Before attendance, documentation that the child has been immunized is to be obtained for each child.
There was no documentation of immunization for Child #2, 9 months old, who was in care during the inspection and had been in care for one month.
