Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 04/21/2025 and completed on 05/19/2025, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to forbidden action and supervision of children. The on-site inspection began at 12:43pm and ended at 2:17pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 40 children present and seven staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
