Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 10/22/24 with the assistance of a language translator. The inspection started at 2:25pm and ended at 3:47pm. There were no children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 2 caregiver/household member records electronically on 10/18/24 and 10/23/24. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

There must always be at least one caregiver with current CPR/First Aid present during operating hours.

Caregiver #1 is not currently certified in CPR/First Aid.
Plan of Correction: Caregiver #1 is registered for a CPR/First Aid training next week.

The vendor shall have a written emergency preparedness plan.

The emergency preparedness plan was not available to the inspector for review.
Plan of Correction: The vendor reported that she has an emergency plan written but does not know where it is today. She will locate and send to the inspector by Friday .
