Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 12/6/2024 and completed on 12/6/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (4) children present, including providers 1 child and 1 caregiver; the point total was (8). The inspector reviewed (3) children?s records and (5) caregiver/household members records.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A working portable battery-operated weather band radio, and extra batteries shall be kept in a designated area and be available to caregivers at all times.
The applicant did not have a battery-operated radio that was a weather band radio.
Plan of Correction: A weather band radio will be purchased.
