Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 10/14/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 10:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was (8). The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver record, the children records were current.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.
The emergency evacuation for the month of September was not practiced.
