Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 1/27/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 10:55am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 29 children present with five staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
