Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/3/25 from 10:40 am to 11:50am. This inspection was an initial inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 caregiver present. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver's record and 3 household member's records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The provider shall obtain from each adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis (TB) Screening form documenting the absence of tuberculosis in a communicable form.
The provider did not obtain the a TB screening report for Household Member # 1.
Plan of Correction: Household member # 1 has a TB screening scheduled for 3/4/25.
Standard 8VAC20-800-350-E
Hot water at taps available to children shall be maintained within a range of 105?F to 120?F.
The water temperature measured at 133?F in the bathroom that will be used by children.
