An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/3/25 from 9:10am to 9:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children (10 points) present and 1staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
