Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on July 8, 2025 and completed on August in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on July 2, 2025 relating to allegations of programs and staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and 1 staff record on site. This inspection included document review, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
