An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/10/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:30 pm and ended at 4:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 3 caregivers. The inspection included document review, policies and procedures, emergency planning, a tour of the program and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable code.
