Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site initial monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/17/2025 and completed on 01/17/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:20 am and ended at 11:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on January 28, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, are maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition. In the bathroom in the three year old classroom, underneath the sink was leaking there was water on the floor and bucket under the pipe. In the two year old prep class, the handle on a drawer was broken, with a protruding screw and sharp edges. In the hallway by the infant classroom, there was a door with a push bar that was broken causing it to be inoperable.
Plan of Correction: The current owner will assume responsibility and make the required repairs prior to the closing date of the business.
