An announced, on-site initial inspection was conducted 1/28/2025 from 9:40am - 11:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 4 children's, 2 caregivers, and 1 household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the home.
