Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 1/22/2025 and completed on 1/22/2025. The inspection started at 9:15 am and concluded at 10:30 am. There were no children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 3 caregiver/household member records on-site and electronically on 1/9/2025, there were no children enrolled at the time of this inspection.
