Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on February 13 2025 and completed on February 13 2025 . The on-site inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 2:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 10. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4caregiver/household member(s) records.

This inspection included a documentation review, a tour of the home, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on March 26 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Each child day program that is licensed that serves preschool-age children shall develop and implement a plan to test potable water from sources identified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as high priority, including bubbler-style and cooler-style drinking fountains, kitchen taps, classroom combination sinks and drinking fountains, home economics room sinks, teacher's lounge sinks, nurse's office sinks, classroom sinks in special education classrooms, and sinks known to be or visibly used for consumption.

Wood burning stoves and fireplaces and associated chimneys shall be inspected annually by a knowledgeable inspector to verify that the devices are properly installed, maintained, and cleaned as needed. Documentation of the inspection and cleaning shall be maintained by the provider.
