Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/24/25, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:05 pm and ended at 4:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and one staff record on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility,and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
