An announced, initial inspection was initiated and completed on February 14, 2025. The inspection began at 1;06 p.m. and ended at 2:50 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 1children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 2. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record, and 1 caregiver record, and five household members records.

This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.), and

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
