Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 8/5/25 and completed on 8/5/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 12:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 106 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

When food is brought from home it shall be clearly labeled and dated in a way that identifies the owner.

Throughout the center, in numerous classrooms, there were lunch boxes and drinking containers that were not labeled and dated as required.
Plan of Correction: Parents and staff will continue to be reminded to label children's lunch boxes/drinking containers. Administration will also ensure that the date process is followed and labeling is compliant.
