An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 3/20/2025 and completed on the same date, as a part of the application for licensure. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 and ended at 11:45. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 staff from the center as well as the owner and a staff from a sister center present. The inspector reviewed the record for the director. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The space used for children were measured.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
