An nnounced, on-site initial inspection was completed on 03/12/25, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 0 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 0 children?s records and 2 staff records. This inspection included a document review, tour of facility, interviews, observations and measurements. Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

There were toys with small parts in the bins accessible to 2 year old children, presenting potential choking hazards.

The toy kitchen set was not anchored, presenting a potential tipping hazard.
