An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on 4/25/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 2:35 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
