Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was initiated on 03/03/2025 at 11:40 am and concluded on 03/03/2025 at 2:30 pm. There were no children in care as the facility is not operational at this time. The inspector reviewed and measured the physical plant and outdoor play areas. Records were reviewed for two staff and two board members. Written forms, policies, and procedures were reviewed during the application process.
The following areas of CDC standards could not be determined as there are no children in care: staffing and supervision, children's records, program and activities, hand washing, sanitizing and diapering procedures, and medication procedures.
Based on the information gathered no violations were found with applicable standards or law.
