When staff are supervising children, they shall always ensure their care, protection, and guidance.
On October 9, 2025, staff #1 gave child #1 (3 months old) breastmilk that belonged to another child. Child #1 drank 2 ounces of the wrong breastmilk.

Plan of Correction: The staff follow the following procedure: Call child's name out loud, read bottle out loud, and identify the child out loud.

The operational responsibilities of the licensee shall include ensuring that the center's activities, services, and facilities are maintained in compliance with the center's own policies and procedures.
1. The center?s own procedures for infant feeding were not followed on October 9, 2025. The procedure states ?Do I have the right child? Have I checked face-to-name? Did I double check the child?s last name? Do I have the right child?s food? Have I checked the name on the bottle or container to match the child? Did I triple check the right food is going to the right child??
