An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on 3/13/2025, as a part of the initial licensing process. The on-site inspection began at 8:00 am and ended at 9:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children. The inspector reviewed model children?s records and 5 staff/ entity board member records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and verification of measurements and space utilization. Emergency response planning and supplies were also discussed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
