Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was completed on April 22, 2025 from 10:25 am until 12:01 pm at the family day home by the inspector. There were no children in care present. The inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, household members, caregiver training, physical equipment and environment, preventing spread of diseases, emergencies, and nutrition. The inspector reviewed the caregiver and household members background checks and initial application required attachments submitted for review for approval.
