Plan of Correction: The program uses software that stores all children's records and allergies and staff were trained on how to access this during an inspection. Staff were aware of all children's allergies but were unable to present the list at that time. For best practice, an updated paper version is now kept in the classroom if software access is unavailable.

Plan of Correction: Staff with approved CPR/first aid were on site to ensure children's safety. Staff 3 will be enrolled in state-approved CPR/first aid training, and administration will ensure that a certified staff member is always present until training is completed.
