A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 3/10/2025 and completed on 3/10/2025. The inspection started at 10:09 am and concluded at 11:15 am. No children were present and 1 caregiver; the total was 0. The inspector reviewed no children?s records, 1 vendor's record, and 3 household members' records on-site.
