An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10/9/2025 and completed on 10/9/2025, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:45AM and ended at 12:20PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
