An announced, on-site initial licensing inspection was conducted on 4/4/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:18am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records (to be enrolled when license issued) and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records while on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the home and interview.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
