Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was completed on 06/06/2025 1:15 p.m. to 3:35 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. One staff /owner record was reviewed and the background checks. Policies and procedures submitted with the initial application were reviewed off site. The facility can accommodate 44 children. The ages to be served will be 8 weeks to 12 years old. The information gathered during the inspection did not determined violations with applicable standards or law.
