During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on and completed on 09/12/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 11 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (9) children present and (2) caregivers; the point total was (18). The inspector reviewed (12) children?s records, and (4) caregivers records on-site on 09/12/2025.

This inspection included: document review (i.e. Files, injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, and medication administration forms); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined (2) non-compliances with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as appropriate to the age of the children in care, from the American Red Cross, issued within the past two years.

The Provider has completed an American Red Cross - Adult, Child and Baby First Aid / CPR / AED online course (Eligible for skills session within 90 days) on 01/10/2025. The Provider stated that she has yet to complete the in-person skill session.
Plan of Correction: A course has been scheduled for this weekend.
