A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 03/26/2025 and completed on 03/26/2025. The inspection started at 10:30AM and concluded at 11:40AM. There were zero children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed caregiver/household member records.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
