Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 05/29/25 and completed on 06/10/25. The on-site inspection began at 1:00pm and ended at 3:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. Many, but not all, standards were reviewed. Standards related to supervision and programming could not be observed because there were no children in care. Two staff records were reviewed on-site. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on 06/03/25 and 06/10/25. The inspection included document review including policies and procedures, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
