Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 05/14/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 and ended at 11:00. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. No children were in care as this was an initial inspection for a new center. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility inside and outside and measurements. The center had all the required emergency supplies, toys, furniture, and other supplies to open.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with the applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1The playground had an area of dirt that had rocks in it presenting a choking hazard.
