An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on June 27 2025 and completed on June 27 2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:15am and ended at 12:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 caregivers the point total was 0. The inspector reviewed 0 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records.
This inspection included a document review, a tour of the home, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on July 7 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The applicant currently does not have a landline telephone or service that is activated to utilize a landline phone.
The applicant's first aid kit was missing triangular bandages and a first aid instruction manual.

procedures;
2. Addresses the most likely to occur scenarios, including but not limited to fire,
severe storms, flooding, tornadoes, and loss of utilities; and
3. Includes provisions for a responsible person who is 18 years of age or older
and is able to arrive at the family day home within 10 minutes for emergency
backup care until the children can be picked up by their parents.
