An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on September 5 2025 and completed on September 5 2025, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:45am and ended at 10:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 0 children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 0. The inspector reviewed 0 children?s records and 0 caregiver.
This inspection included a document review, tour of the home, and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-800-330-A
REPEAT VIOLATION : A landline telephone, excluding a cordless or cell phone, shall be available, operable, and accessible during the family day home's hours of operation. An operable landline telephone is one that does not require electricity to operate. Cordless or cell phones may be used in addition to the landline telephone.

The applicant currently does not have a landline telephone or service that is activated to utilize a landline phone.
