During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 07/08/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:45 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 134 children present and 29 staff. The inspector reviewed 11 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site.

This inspection included: document review, tour of the program interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

There shall always be at least one staff member on duty who has obtained within the last three years instruction in performing the daily health observation of children.

There was no documentation at the time of the inspection to verify that at least one staff member on duty had obtained within the last three years instruction in performing the daily health observation of children.
Plan of Correction: The training has been completed but isnot with HR staff records. We will create hard copy of records with trainings.
Standard 8VAC20-780-510-L
Medication, except for those prescriptions designated otherwise by written physician's orders, including refrigerated medication and staff's personal medication, shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

1. Child medication was located in a plastic bag in the staff back pack.
2. There was no locking method to prevent access by children.
Plan of Correction: A locking medication bag was provided during the inspection by administration.
